Service Description
Private Lessons offer personalized coaching for you and your dog right in your home OR out. Your trainer works directly with you to build clear communication, teach real-life skills, and address behavior concerns with a tailored plan built around your household’s needs. Each session focuses on strengthening your connection, improving daily routines, and giving you the confidence to continue the craft between lessons.
Cancellation Policy
Condensed version for website Scheduling & Access Training days and times are scheduled in advance and held just for you. Home access must be guaranteed (key, lockbox, garage code, or someone present). Transfer lessons are scheduled weekly so you can stay woven into the training process. Cancellations & Rescheduling To honor your trainer’s time and maintain consistency for your dog: Please provide 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled under 24 hours may be forfeited. If Wagcraft needs to reschedule due to weather, illness, or emergencies, your session will be made up at no extra cost. Missed Sessions Missed sessions due to lack of home access, locked doors, loose dogs in the yard, or client oversight are considered completed sessions and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. In the rare case that the missed session is on Wagcraft’s end, such as your trainer missing your appointment time, your dog’s session will be rescheduled. Health & Safety The craft of connection starts with well-being: Dogs must be in appropriate health and current on required vaccinations. If a dog appears unwell or unsafe to handle, the session may be paused or adjusted. Management tools or safety recommendations from your trainer must be used consistently to support progress. Payments & Refunds Payment is collected in full at the start of the program to reserve your dedicated training block. Programs are non-refundable, as time and scheduling are booked specifically for your household. Sessions must be completed within the program’s four-week structure unless discussed otherwise. Behavior Disclosures We believe in crafting connection through honesty and safety: All behavior concerns—including fear, reactivity, aggression, resource guarding—must be shared during your consultation. Wagcraft may adjust the training plan or recommend different services if a dog’s needs fall outside the scope of Day Training.
